Larry has been in the kiln repair business since I bought my first used and abused Skutt in 1976. Not only will he repair your kiln but, if you think you can do it yourself with just a little guidance, he will be glad to explain the procedure over the phone. Replacing an element or thermocouple can be quite simple if you have just a little help.
